THE GHOST OF ANNE BOLEYN AT BLICKLING

Anne Boleyn’s ghost has allegedly been seen in many guises over time at Norfolk’s stately Blickling Hall. The most famous and illustrious account tells of her being seated alongside her father inside a coach drawn by spectral horses. Witnesses tell of the coach racing along the country lanes of North Norfolk with an eerie blue light following. In his composition Barrie Morris has shown the manifestation thundering over the rooftops of the Jacobean hall.
