Georgina Warne is a ceramicist and printmaker, often combining both practices and printing directly on to the clay, as well as hand painting.
The Red Dot Gallery enjoyed working with Georgina during the 1990’s through to the mid 2000’s. During that time the gallery held various exhibitions in London and Norfolk of the artist’s ceramics alongside her hand coloured dry-point etchings. At The Gallery in Cork Street, the Red Dot introduced the work to a wider national and international audience.
Currently Georgina is represented by the prestigious Jonathan Cooper Gallery where the artist has enjoyed considerable success, in particular with her distinctive ceramic sculptures that celebrate her love and passion for the nature she observes and embraces.
Colin Rawlings – the owner of The Red Dot Gallery collected some of Georgina’s work during the years of the gallery/artist association. Now in 2023 selected pieces are available to purchase.
